National Preferred Notary Reviews (14)

I am a Notary, did signings back in June 17, June today is August 11, I haven't get paid I called the escrow they closed July 1st No calls no emails now no rush Wow I will never used 3rd parties again Escrow companies just google for a notary and avoid the signing agencies

I did a signing for NPN (National Preferred Notary) back in August I printed out sets of documents and went to the borrower's residence There was a discrepancy in the what the borrower's were told by the loan officer and what was indicated on the documents I called NPN at that time and notified them of the borrower's concerns The borrowers did not sign As of today I have not been compensated for my print fee and travel time which was not around the corner from my office I spoke to Brenda and was told she would check with the person in accounting and get back with me Two days later I called her again and was then told the same thing, however she has not returned any of my calls When I called back yesterday and today I only get a voicemail This is no way to do business, we as Signing Agent work extremely hard for our money and in good faith we accept signings with the intentions of getting paid

I completed a closing with this company on December and to date have not received paymentI've called and emailed on several occasions and always get voicemail with no return calls or emails This is unacceptable!!! I will never conduct business with this company againThey received payment from the company they work for but failed to compensate me as the notary who actually performed the work in order for them to be paidUnethical and unprofessional

Seems this company likes to hire new notaries so they continue running their unethical business. We as notary should united and create a page to put all unethical companies so we can check them before doing work for. Unless there is a page and I'm not aware, if anyone knows about a page or has an idea on how to protect our selves let's brainstorms Notary, as united we can triumph.

I did a singing for this company National Preferred Notary and still didn't get pay. The signing was done on 8/23/17, I've called but not able to leave msg. I emailed them, still didn't received a reply back. Not a good company to continue to work with.

I am a mobile notary in Arizona and I did a signing for National Preferred Notary on June 18,2015 and it is now the end of August and I still have not been paid. Normally we are paid net 30. I have e-mailed and got a response, finally, from the accounting department saying the old "checks in the mail" over a week ago. I don't know how they are still in business. They must get by calling notaries like myself who are fairly new and haven't quite learned all the ropes, such as check the companies pay history and reviews before accepting the job.
It's disgusting because we as independent contractors rely on these signing companies to pay us when they have gotten paid. I went out in 115 degree heat, printed 60 pages, took over an hour of my time and traveled about 40 miles using my car and gas, to be rewarded with no payment. They should be ashamed of themselves.
I have informed the title company that was involved and requested that they no longer call these people and to use someone I know will pay their notaries. If they do ever pay me I will gladly come back here and update this, however over 60 days is unacceptable no matter how you look at it.

I am a Notary, did 2 signings back in June 17, June 26. today is August 11, 2014 I haven't get paid. I called the escrow they closed July 1st 2014. No calls no emails now no rush. Wow I will never used 3rd parties again. Escrow companies just google for a notary and avoid the signing agencies.

I completed a signing for this company on November 3, 2017. The escrow closed on November 8, 2017 and escrow mailed a check to National Preferred Notary Incorporated on November 9, 2017. I have been attempting to get paid and have been unsuccessful. The scheduling coordinator will not call me back, she only sends emails stating that she is contacting the owner so he can get a hold of the accountants. When I try calling NPN no one answers the phone and I tried all the extensions.
This company requires that the notary comply with their terms of service but fails to follow through with payment to the notary.
UNPROFESSIONAL!

I'm a notary for the state of Tennessee and I did a loan closing for this company in September of 2015 and they still haven't paid me. Every time you call this company they answer and refuse to pay or even call you back

I performed a signing for this company on September, 2015 and also October, 2015. I have called numerous times, left messages with or for every office within the company and as of today received no responses. I have also faxed them information. I have read negative complaints about this company's payment practices on-line.
