After I moved into home, I could find things which inspector could have found easily, but he did not mention those
Few examples are below and God know how many more to come
One of the bathroom fan makes so much rattling nose that It would break If we use and so we must replace itCould have easily been identified just turn on and off the fan
Previous owner cut the pluming for fridge ice maker water supply which has to be replacedCould have easily be inspected with visual inspection
Water line outside the house doesn't simply open, we must replace, if we want to water out yard/plants- Could have easily be inspected by trying to open the tap
A little ignorance on their part or rush to move to another job is going to cost me over dollars
