[redacted] , with National Property Inspection, inspected our home when we purchased it, in Phoenix, in June He claims he ran the water in the shower for approxminutes However when we ran it before we even moved in the water ran right through the bedroom wall within minutesHe had pointed out in his report that there was a crack in the grout, therefore I would think he would have ran water at the crack for the minutes to be sure it was acceptableHe could not haveThe worst part of my story is that I emailed, called, and attempted to work out an agreement with him for over yearHe flat refusedI ended up having to take him to small claims courtI had to completely demo the old shower and install new at a cost over $5, The court found a loop hole releasing him of full responsibility but they did award me a judgement for the maximum they couldHe now refuses to pay that judgement and I had to file a lien against themHe lacks inspection ability and worse yet he has no integrity I would warn anyone to steer far clear of him and his entire firmBEWARE!!!!
