We do apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused. Due to the high volume of calls we receive during the holidays, we unfortunately missed her call. We did speak with the customer to resolve the issue. We have placed new policies to ensure that this does not happen again, and are working hard... to ensure that there will be no further issues such as this one.
