National Radiology Group

They have applied this to my credit report. I had to file a dispute to have removed from my credit report. I want this resolved and removed from my credit. If they have no account although the attached shows they do then how is this applied to my credit report?

so the bill in question does not belong to National Radiology Group.? There were other radiology groups located in the hospitals where we serviced so there may be a mistake with which company performed these services but we do not show this patient located in our system as ever being seen (services read by one of our providers.)?
