She showed him the vessel, showed him where he would be setting up on the boat for the event. In addition, one of our Captains showed him how to hook up to our sound system to provide background music throughout the boat. He also explained that the DJ would need to bring his own equipment and large speakers as our system was simply background music. Upon arrival to the boat the day of the event, Saturday, July 29, DJ [redacted] chose not to plug into our house sound system, instead, he chose to be flexible and accommodate the client on whichever deck she wanted him to play, whenever she wanted him to play. 3. Cruise Director - Sorry for the confusion, however, once the DJ chose not to hook into our sound system, she has no control over his professional decision to determine how he wants to up his system. As far as she knew, he was operating on his own, and in a professional manner. Many DJs choose to operate on their own and without plugging into the house sound system, so we did not thing this unusual.Based on original feedback from [redacted] to Lisa M[redacted], we thought everything went smoothly other than the catering, which we were quick to communicate to [redacted] with [redacted] Catering, and thought she had communicated back to [redacted].Attached is an an email from [redacted] offering her complaints about the cruise.Needless to say, I was shocked when this came across my desk.Thank you,Charlotte
