the worst experience ever and I am just moving into FlFrom the very first day I should had stopped and not continue since this was a hint that this company is very bad to deal withFrom the beginning getting a hold of the leasing agent was bad, tried to go through the main ofc noand they would not help me kept referring me to the leasing agentI asked specific questions to the leasing agent before signing any contractI asked is *** satellite allowed by the Landlord? his answer: yes unless otherwise stated on the websitequestion no2: is the house cable and phone ready his answer: yes ok signed lease under the assumption that there would be no issues with satellite tv or any other cable or phone cowhen I did the move in inspection I noticed there were plates on the wall but no metal connector plates for cable again I asked is this house cable ready his answer: yes the cables must be inside the wallNow I have *** Satellite at the new house for rent comes to find out the cables for tv and phone were cut outside by the pole when the house was renovated and new lines were never ran into the house so what does this mean? House is not cable readyContacted the leasing agent no answer called the main office early in the Am told them the tech is at the house can you get back to me with an approval asap hrs later I still did not get a phone call as promised called back got transferred to a spvr which denied having *** tv installed and if *** another cable coin Deltona Fl was to install and run new wires we would be allowed only on the master BR and by the tenant being fully responsible for th e$installation feeThis was never stipulated online or on the leaseSo they took our money we signed a new lease under the impression and by the leasing agent telling us the house was cable ready and now we can't have cable or phone line unless we pay for the installation which this is not the proper way to do thingsThis specific information is vital information to give out when you list a home for rent and stipulate it on the lease agreement so the new tenant is aware and make themselves responsible for the chargeThey are rude you never get to speak with the right person, they say they will call you back and they never dowhen you call back they tell you we already told you what is allowed and what is not so don't call us anymoreI wanted to break the lease since I have not even moved in completely yet and they said we will lose our moneyThis is unheard ofPlease be careful with this company they are shady they have a leasing agent that has not been trained at all and has no business card or company id to show he works for them
