NRP was contacted by the Revdex.com on 10-3-14 and alerted of the customer's dissatisfaction related to the status of the non-delivered ring for[redacted].
Upon researching this particular order the following was confirmed. NRP received the...

order for [redacted] on 5-14-14. (This was confirmed by fax identification on the order form at the top of the page.) NRP processed the order and shipped the order on 7-8-14. The normal turn time on the rings is 8 weeks plus 1 week for shipping time. The order was processed in 39 days and shipped ground UPS to California. NRP met the time frame for production.
On 10-3-14, NRP was able to connect with[redacted], of the Ultimate Grad Company, by phone. [redacted] is an independent sales representative for National Recognition Products. As an independent sales representative, [redacted] will take the order, process the payment and is responsible for order submittal and order delivery to the end customer. [redacted] indicated that he had taken the order and processed the deposit for the customer. He indicated that he still showed a balance due of $140.00 and that he had the ring but could not deliver until the final payment was received.
NRP reached out to[redacted] by phone and email several times from 10-6-14 until phone contact was made on 10-09-14. [redacted] indicated she had the money order copies for the payments and would send them to NRP. [redacted] sent the proof of the money orders on 10-10-14. NRP forwarded the copies of the money orders to[redacted] indicated he put the ring in the mail for delivery to[redacted] on Friday 10-10-14. NRP followed up with[redacted] by email to advise of the pending delivery.
NRP will follow up with[redacted] in a few days to confirm the ring was delivered and meets her satisfaction.
