I called and spoke with April Robles and she was very efficient in finding my account and April allowed me to make payments that were comfortable for me. There was no hassle and no stress. April gave me my easy options on continuing payments until paid in full. April eased my anxiety of having to deal with Collections. well appreciated.

Review: This is a fraudulent, or phony made up collection action. I do not owe The [redacted] anything. I have never purchased anything from them that was not paid for, or that I did not receive and was refunded for. I also never provided The [redacted] with any of my personal information for any collection action to be taken,. This charge is not mine and is fraudulent. I have not received any notifications at all and the company does not answer the phone for me to dispute the charges that are in discrepancy. This company has a harlotry of make false collection actions and I will not fall victim to a false collection action on my credit.Desired Settlement: This collection be permanently removed off of my credit report. The Credit agency stop reporting false credit claims against my credit, and an apology for fraudulent claims on my credit.

Our office is in receipt of the complaint. The account has been marked as disputed and the creditor provided our office with documentation showing what items were ordered, the date the item was ordered and shipped, and the balance owed. This information was mailed to the consumer on January 19, 2014 to the address on the complaint. The documents will arrive in a white envelope with a Harrisburg, PA post office box address in the upper left hand corner. I am rejecting this response because:

I did not receive any item. The company refunded my money back to me because I never got it. I contacted the [redacted] and they admitted that I did not receive the item and that the collection company will be notified, and the collection company must remove this action from my credit and fix the 18 points that affected my credit score. This is why you can't put things like this on someone's credit. I never gave the [redacted] my dob, or my social security number. The claims from the collection agency are false, and liable. I too have e mails stating that this item was lost by [redacted] and the e mails for receipt of refund for non receival of the item. I attempted to Co tact this company, and was disrespected and threatened. They also called me after this complaint was filed but refused to give me any information. I am not going to give my private info over the phone to a disrespectful person who doesn't deserve to have a job like this if they don't know how to do it. This compay needs to remove and stop any collection action on false pretenses for false claims, and for products not received. You can't ruin someone's credit with false alligations.

This is in response to the Rejection filed by the consumer dated January 23, 2015. We have reviewed the complaint with the creditor again. The creditor advised our office on February 3, 2015 that the account was paid in full and to closed the account and return it to their attention. This has been completed on the part of [redacted]
