I thought bankruptcy and everything has been approved this collection company has been nothing but rude and disrespectful Continue to add things onto my credit report and then my turn he has to go and have it removed Every representative I spoke with has been rude disrespectful use profanity and then hung up with me spoke with the supervisor Mr [redacted] and he was rreally rude and disrespectful

Please be advised that our office is in receipt of the subject complaint and have reviewed said complaintIn researching this matter, while it is not only acknowledged that our office made contact with the complainant, we also set up an arrangement to fit her budget and she fulfilled her
obligations. Last contact with the consumer was in July of Complainant claims to be getting calls from our office after July and our investigation yielded a negative result for any communications after July. Further, our office would have no reason to contact the consumer as she had fulfilled her agreed upon obligationAs such, we caution that the consumer may be receiving calls from another office not affiliated in any form with our office. I received a call at work couple months ago and asked what was regardingI got runaround about being 3rd party and contact this place by emailI was given a number and was never able to reach anyoneI now find my wages are garnished and received NO paperwork or warningThis should be unjust and illegal

National Recovery Services contacted my job and shared information with peopleThey threatened to send the sheriff to serve me at my job for a debt that WASN'T MINEThis is so embarassingNot my debt and I pay the price for unprofessional peopleAlso, it's a violation of privacy to share the information when there contacting other people

I UNDERSTAND THEY ARE TRYING TO COLLECT A DEBT FROM ME AND I AM WILLING TO REPAY HOWEVER THEY ARE NOW CALLING MY JOB, HARASSING MY BOSSES , AND HARASSING EMPLOYEES AT OUT OF OF MY COMPANY'S LOCATIONS THEIR CONSTANT HARASSMENT NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED ASAP WHAT THEY ARE DOING IS DISRUPTING MY JOB WHICH I NEED TO BE ABLE TO PAY OFF MY DEBT JUST PLAIN WRONG

A woman called me on 4/30/and left a voice mail on my work phoneShe did not identify herself, nor the company she was representing stating that she had an important business matter to discuss with me

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I will mention that the company called me after the matter had been noted with your office to ask why my payment of $150 had not gone through.  The only problem with this is that the agreement I had made was for only $50 but of course because I thought things werent on the up and up I had stopped payment and after recieving that call I was thankful that I had stopped payment.  This solution is satesfactory however as I feel it solves the problem.
