Review: my car was impounded and then I had a a loan on my car so it got reposessed and I called tow company to get my property that was in car and they said I had to pay them for my property my moms ashes are in that property and this man named mike said I had 2 months to pay him 10 dollars a day and there is nothing I can do to get my propertyDesired Settlement: release my property with out incident and not be gone through and my moms ashes be returned to me with out a problem so my mom can be released where she needs to be

Review: Just created a [redacted] account about a year ago, I used it for a while, and just reoopened it within the past six months. Since then, I guess it has found an open collection out on me for something I was never notified of. This was for a n ER visit back in 2010-2011 that should have been covered by my insurance at the time, [redacted] especially since I was a student under 18 at the time. So, am not sure why they are ruining my credit now finally after all these years. NRS told me since they do not have my provider information and the fact that this is so old of a case, that I am totally responsible for these charges-- which I find completely unacceptable.Desired Settlement: My $426 dollar visit needs to be closed since this item was paid for and I have also never been notified upon reopening my credit account. Hadn't I reopened it, it could have been years before I even realized I had an account open on me

Review: Harassment in the form of 4 phone calls to my place of residence from a "Collection Agency" involving a Debt Collection action No clarification as to the origination of the actual debt. (Unfair debt collection practices VIOLATION)

4 Phone calls from the same Debt Collection Agency in under 15 days Again a violation of FDCRA Rules and practices.

I have read this Companys' website and shows more than 13 consumer related complaints of the same nature.

They are an Out of State collection agency the Validity of any debt established . AT ALL . My current Credit History and Credit rating are well above average and as a result of the "Inqueries " are being wronged. When attemptingto contact during regular business hours Eastern Standard Time. No answer and a recorded messageDesired Settlement: As a Statement under FDCRA rules and regulations The Business must divulge in letter and in statement the nature of the Debt, including the Origination. 4 harassing phone calls that breaks FDCRA rules Should lead to a "Cease and desist order" through FDRCA for breaking the Statute. I am requesting this be done and that a "formal complaint be made regarding this type of collection practice. Further that ANY...ANY at all changes affecting my credit rating as a result be corrected and my excellent [redacted] credit rating be restored and reestablished.
