Good morning, After reviewing the complaint, I have personally reviewed the calls made to [redacted] All compliance was followed, we just received the debt in June and the file came with Ms***'s numberWe only called the account a couple of times and left compliant messagesWe had never spoken to Ms [redacted] until she called our office on August 5th explaining that we had the wrong numberAt that time the collector apologized to the consumer explained that we only called a couple of times and may be other agencies calling as wellThe collector removed Ms ***'s number and documented that account to not call that number again as it is the wrong numberMs [redacted] will not be receiving any calls from National Recovery Solutions LLC Thank you Allison [redacted] Compliance Manager

I would like my name and all identifying information associated with this debt removed from any and all records I also do not want this company to EVER contact me again for this debt, unless it is to provide documentation of resolution The company has been provided with the police report filed as of 2/17/ I would also like the company to investigate the practices used by this agent

Upon receipt of this complaint our compliance department completed a full review of the account in questionMr***'s account was also immediately placed into a cease and desist status, refraining from any additional collection efforts
After review of the complaint and
examining the notes/calls in question, we have determined that Mr*** was referencing a notice of clearance on the account from the original creditor, but we did not receive the notice mentionedMr*** (the collector referenced) has also received a review on the account to ensure compliance, however the assertion that Mr*** was insulted is disputed by our officeThe additional accusations of Mr***s father being called multiple times is not accurateHe was contacted once as the number was pulled in reference to the account and it was removed and noted once it was determined to be the wrong numberWe place premium importance on compliance and do not take this or any complaint lightlyIf Mr*** or your office has additional questions or comments concerning this matter please contact my office directlyIn the meantime, to avoid further contact with the account we have directed the file to be closed and returned to our client, preventing any additional communication from our officeAdditional collection efforts could be made from another company, but National Recovery Solutions will not be involved with collections on the account

This was National Recovery Solutions LLC first time speaking with Ms. [redacted] as this account was just placed in our office. Ms. [redacted] stated that she did have an...

account with Fifth Third Bank (negative account we were calling about), but stated that she left the bank on good terms and this was Identity Theft. At that point the collector did ask Ms. [redacted] what she was disputing about the debt. National Recovery Solutions LLC as a company prides itself on compliance, following all FDCPA and UDAPP laws. The particular collector in question has been spoken to and reminded of company policy and procedures, also has been reminded to always use the highest level of customer service. This account has been closed forever and Ms. [redacted] will not be receiving anymore calls pertaining to the Fifth Third Bank account.

Good afternoon, Upon receipt of this complaint our Compliance Manager reviewed all calls on the account. On the day these calls took place, based on the fact the Ms. [redacted] was a victim of Identity Theft and provided a police report, this account in question has permanently closed. On 2/18/16 Ms. [redacted] called back and spoke to a member of management. At that time she was notified the account would forever be closed and no collection attempts made again. We told her that we would notify our client and we provided her a letter showing we had closed file. After reviewing the calls between Mr. G[redacted] and consumer, NRS as a company prides ourselves on compliance and being an agency that helps our consumers. Appropriate company policies and procedures have been taken with Mr. G[redacted]. Ms. [redacted] we apologize for any unprofessionalism that was displayed on the call. Again we as a company take pride in our work and working with consumers. s stated previously we have removed all of your information and this account has been closed forever, you will not receive any collection calls again about this account in question.
