Thank you for contacting our officeWe researched your complaint and below is our responseYou spoke to one of our Representatives on 1/30/and stated that you faxed your identification for a name change two weeks prior and wanted to move forward with a repayment program.
The Representative verified the fax number with you and it was correct, but we did not receive the fax. The Representative provided our email address and you stated you would email it. On 2/1/you spoke to a different Representative and were informed that the email was not received. Our Administrative Resolution Department has since tried to contact you, but has not been successfulWe do keep electronic copies of all identification documentation that we are unable to apply to a specific borrower's accountWe keep these copies in instances in which the borrower does not provide any other identifiable information in order for us to locate the account. I did a full search within all of this documentation and did not locate your identification documentationI apologize that we have not received this information from you yet
