This company is either in transition or purposefully misleading, they have Revdex.com entries as well as have at least two DOT numbers This started well The sales person was nice, but most of what they say is a lie They don't weigh your move, they do it by cubic feet, when is not the right way to do it Besides that they called and asked in they could show up a day early, we were driving down to my father's from MI So we had to stay up till in the morning, then wake back up by to have it ready for them Then everything went down hill: [redacted] They state in the agreement the first flight is free, then when they get there they tell you that is only steps! I specifically stated my father was on the second floor "Oh, that will be covered then" [redacted] They state in the agreement that the furniture padding is free, but fail to mention they "must" tape it in place and they charge you $a roll They liberally apply tape to everything Nothing is a single strip, but usually times around [redacted] They only count business days towards delivery Even though whenever they speak to you they never mention it [redacted] They missed delivery deadlines they gave us After the 2nd one they told us it still was at the place of origin [redacted] They were days late when delivering (not business days) Offered a meager about 6% "discount"but [redacted] When the driver showed to deliver in a full semi truck they did not give us the discount and then threatened to leave with our stuff (my father medical supplies in there) They attempted to charge us more money because they could not pull the semi "close enough" to the storage unit [redacted] They bullied my brother and father int accepting delivery so we could get my fathers supplies We already had to pay for extra supplies as it was and at full price because of how late they were I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but they again are not returning my calls So I came here to help other make sure they do not use this company I already filed a complaint to the DOT as well

The guys that came out to move my things were just wonderfuli could not have asked for better people to handle my personal belongings; they were very considerateAlso, when I shared with them that I had a very tight time frame and budget, they moved more quickly than I had anticipated, yet still very carefulThey worked great as a team and were both very professional and impressive the entire timeBy the end of the move, I felt like I had made two new friendsThe office staff was as equally impressive and considerateThey were able to accommodate a change in my schedule at the last minute

NATIONAL RELOCATION VAN LINES PACKED UP ALL MY BELONGINGS ONTO THE TRUCK...ONLY TO TURN AROUND AND TAKE THEM OF! You are not reading that wrongRun as fast as you can from this companyIt has been the worst experience ever and they are 1000% to blame I had very reputable, national carriers come to my home for in home estimates and local companyEach one gave me quotes within a few hundred pounds of each other...nothing at all that caused any extreme pricing differences in the estimates*** ***, the salesman for National Relocation Van Lines called several times throughout this process and asked me to send over the estimates so he could base his bid on theirsHe came back to me with a bid that literally said "THIS IS A BINDING ESTIMATE BASED ON AN ALLIED HOME ESTIMATE" and we spoke several times about his assurance that there was no way this dollar amount would changeFast forward to moving week...could barely get a call or email committing our time from this guyFinally day before, we get a confirmation that our move would be Saturday between 10am-2pm6:30pm that night they call to inform us that they will actually not be coming, and that they'll be there first thing Sunday morning insteadSunday morning they arrive and Igor and I do a walk throughHe informs me that I have way more than the guys from completely separate companies that had come in before him had estimated and I should be prepared to pay a lot more than the quoted priceHe decided he was going to call his boss to discussAn hour and a half we played this game where they stood outside my back door while everyone went round and round about how apparently a binding contract means absolutely nothing to this company Finally!! They agree, binding is bindingAnd yes, we will stick to the original price promised by ***Who by the way has a full mail box conveniently for the last hours and won't answer any emailsThey pack up 99% of the boxes in my house, and then we go the garageminutes later he walks in and asks me where he can unload all of my boxes because he's decided it's more than was estimated and I've made it clear I won't be taken advantage of....so they're quittingHe throws his backpack on and grabs his stuff and goes to walk out the door to unload all the boxesThis company is the epitome of bait and switchThey rely on gametime decisions when they know that with your back against a wall you'll just be at a point where you'll just want it to get doneSo you agree to the hundreds if not thousands extra to cover the move of whatever mystery items that have all of a sudden appeared in your homeHonestly it would be more pleasant to throw away every item in your home and buy new than to work with this companyIt'd be cheaper too

I could not be happier with the move the men didI was leery about using "Internet" movers, and had used National Relocation Van lines before and they had a good reputationI know that all movers have bad reviews, including Them; but I can't imagine why anyone would rate National relocation van lines as less than excellentThe movers we used busted their rear-ends loading and unloading and setting up everythingI would rate the experience as stars/A

Waited weeks for my belongingsItems were broken and missingNo one will return my phone calls!,,,,,,,

This is not a real company!
Con artists posing as moving brokers caused me medical harm and destroyed our thingsThis complaint is about White Horse A&S llc, aka National Relocation Van Lines, aka National Relocation Solutions (they clearly hide alternate identities to prevent customers from seeing complaints such as this)They scheduled a pidate of July 6, but did not arriveWhen we called, they told us they would arrive on July 7, which was after the time we were contractually obligated to be out of the houseThey scheduled a delivery of July 13, but did not arriveWhen we called, they demanded $2,on top of the down-payment we had already madeWe agreed because there was large medical equipment on board that I badly needed, and that we had only rationed about weeks worth of medication since they promised a week deliveryThey knew about this beforehand, and were made aware of it again after this exchange, and they promised a delivery date of the 17th, which never arrivedThen they promised the 20th (the latest date contractually allowable)Still nothingThey then said that they had no idea there was a problem, despite the fact that we were calling nearly on a daily basis, and that our things would arrive on Aug It's at that point I threatened to call the FBI, and then they offered a date of July 27thOur things finally did arrive on July 27th, but not before several medical complications occurred, resulting in unnecessary suffering and medical proceduresMany of our things arrived broken, including both a couch and loveseat ($1,564), bunkbeds ($187), fridge ($899), and picture frames (negligible)There were also a variety of things missing, such as a traditional tea set I bought for my wife while I was working in Beijing in XXXX-XXXXWhen we complained, they directed us to some lackey complaint company called MovingClaims.netThis company has just as bad a reputation as National RelocationThe filing process with this company only takes into account damaged goods, not contract violations or anything elseDespite this, there were still significant delays, and we finally heard on Nov that they were offering us $That's less than 1/of what they actually owe us for the contract violations, resulting medical complications, and damaged itemsSo now we are forced to resort to hiring a lawyerOn top of all this, they violated several federal laws, including refusing to weigh/measure the shipment in front of us, increasing the non-binding price estimate by over 200%, and not providing a final bill of lading with full inventory of everything that was packedThis is not a real company, at allThey are a group of people scamming customers and holding their things hostageWe are now dedicated to taking them down, completelyEven if we never get our settlement, we will not stop until they close their operations entirely

This started well. The sales person was nice, but most of what they say is a lie. They don't weigh your move, they do it by cubic feet, when is not the right way to do it. Besides that they called and asked in they could show up a day early, we were driving down to my father's from MI. So we had to stay up till 1 in the morning, then wake back up by 7 to have it ready for them. Then everything went down hill:
* They state in the agreement the first flight is free, then when they get there they tell you that is only 8 steps! I specifically stated my father was on the second floor. "Oh, that will be covered then"
* They state in the agreement that the furniture padding is free, but fail to mention they "must" tape it in place and they charge you $3 a roll. They liberally apply tape to everything. Nothing is a single strip, but usually 4 times around.
* They only count business days towards delivery. Even though whenever they speak to you they never mention it.
* They missed 3 delivery deadlines they gave us. After the 2nd one they told us it still was at the place of origin.
* They were 11 days late when delivering (not business days). Offered a meager about 6% "discount". but....
* When the driver showed to deliver in a full semi truck they did not give us the discount and then threatened to leave with our stuff (my father medical supplies in there). They attempted to charge us more money because they could not pull the semi "close enough" to the storage unit.
* They bullied my brother and father int accepting delivery so we could get my fathers supplies. We already had to pay for extra supplies as it was and at full price because of how late they were.

I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but they again are not returning my calls. So I came here to help other make sure they do not use this company. I already filed a complaint to the DOT as well.

Please explore your options for movers before choosing this company. Promises were made and not kept (my items were delivered 2-3 weeks after the due date), there was no communication (lack of return of my calls and emails), and no reimbursement for damaged goods. An invoice for $65 was submitted to the company to pay for damage their did to my apartment wall during the move. This was submitted to the Revdex.com (because I could not get a response from the company) and the company responded that they would take responsibility for the damage and contact me to pay the invoice. Not only did they not contact me to pay the $65, when the case was reopened with the Revdex.com, they did not respond. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!

This company is either in transition or purposefully misleading, they have 2 Revdex.com entries as well as have at least two D** numbers.

Working with L** in sales was great ... until my belongings and furnishings were picked up on 03/03/2015 in I[redacted]. The movers were a couple of hours late, but called to let me know this was the case and it was due to poor weather (icy in Iowa). My expected delivery date in [redacted] was given as "between 03/12/2105 and 03/14/2015, but we're not Fed Ex or UPS and can't give you an exact date." I obtained possession of my apartment in F[redacted] after a three-day drive from I[redacted]. The day I got the apartment (03/12/15), I called National Relocation Van Lines Customer Service to find out if they knew my exact delivery date/time. It was at that time that Customer Service (P[redacted]) told me that the movers had run into bad weather and would be delayed "at least a week." After picking my jaw up off the floor, I purchased an air mattress and lawn chair, some paper plates and paper cups, and "camped out" in my new living room. According to the contract, I should receive my items no later than 03/22/2015 (they will tell you they have "ten days from the estimated delivery date" to get your stuff to you). However, I called again on 03/17/2015 to get an update on the move and was told by Customer Service (E[redacted]) that the movers "should" be here between 03/22/2015 and 03/27/2015. No reason for this delay was given. I started my new job on Monday, 03/16/2015. It was necessary for me to purchase uniforms (I had only packed two sets of scrubs). I continued to sleep on my air mattress while waiting for my belongings to arrive. No one bothered to call me to inform me there was a delay either time ... I had to call them. I have never received a return call or email from L** about this situation. I also did not receive a return call or email from anyone in Customer Service. My furniture and belongings finally arrived mid-day on Friday, 03/27/2015. No discount, no apology … and I was told to “call the office” related to the broken items I found as I unpacked (as well as water/vinegar damage on items and open boxes). My belongings did not arrive on the truck on which they were shipped. The movers also hit the wall of the apartment with a piece of furniture. While they were still here, I sent a picture to the apartment complex office to get an estimate of what this might cost for drywall repairs. The off-hand comment from one of the movers to his "boss" was, "I just finished a job for a drywall company...don't let them take you. That shouldn't cost more than $100." I obtained the invoice from the apartment complex ($65) and when I didn't hear from the company upon sending it to them, I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com. Someone from National Relocation responded to my Revdex.com complaint saying they would take responsibility for the damage and send me a check. It has now been 3-4 weeks and no check has come. I reopened my complaint with the Revdex.com. Stay away from this company if you want to keep your items in good shape, want to get them on time/as promised, and want honesty.
