I didn't have her credit card and to make it go away I just went to my bank and got her a cerified check, the problem is I assumed she was going to cancel the check but she didn't and it went on and on for a while before she called me back

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me considering I finally received the refund. As a business owner , it would have been more professional to make sure this matter was fully resolved on the owner's end not for the customer to clear up the error.
