National Rent to Own

This is in response to the above referenced case numberUpon reviewing this complaint, I started an investigation by reviewing the consumer's records and then contacting [redacted] , Store Manager of the National Rent To Own location at [redacted] for verification and additional information regarding the consumer's accountAlthough it is the responsibility of the consumer to pay the required amount at the six month point, Ms [redacted] was not the Store Manager during the time the consumer states she inquired about the balance of her account in May of After this call, I forwarded the entire complaint to [redacted] , Vice-PresidentAs National Rent To Own strives to provide exemplary customer service, Mr [redacted] agreed to and authorized the consumer's desired resolutionI attempted to contact the consumer with the telephone numbers provided by the consumer in the complaint to confirm the resolutionThe store has been instructed to cancel the remaining payments of the agreement and provide a "Certificate of Ownership" for both items

I am currently on vacation and out of town I will respond next week when I return This has been resolved to the consumer satisfaction as we are working with the consumer and will have a complete response within or days

National Rent To Own and the consumer agreed upon a resolution and the customer was given a full refund of $109.47 as per her desired settlement

This is in response to the above referenced case number. Upon reviewing this complaint, I started an investigation by contacting Mr*** ***, Store Manager of the National Rent To Own location at *** *** *** *** *** *** ***.The television set had been sent to service several
times prior, but the service company had not been able to duplicate the problem described by the consumer. Although the television was again at our service company at the time our company received this complaint, the consumer approved on a replacement television of a different brand and model. The consumer is satisfied with this replacement television and the final resolution

National Rent to Own sent me a comparable TV. All is resolved.
