As it relates to why they were billed an extra month of rent the real answer is they were not billed an extra month but the tenant did forget to turn off the auto payment they had set up resulting in them sending National Rental Services a payment they did not owe We promptly returned the money that the tenant unintentionally sent usOur software system does not allow us to take any money out of any tenant's bank account even if they do owe it to us It is unfortunate that the tenant thought it was appropriate to blame National Rental Services for their mistake even after it was explained to them and the money returnedAs it relates to the attempt to make the tenant responsible for damage to the unit when we took it over The tenant is correct, we did not receive documentation from the previous property manager and we are hired by the owner to protect their property so we documented the current condition and asked the tenant to prove they did not do the damage Once they provided photos it was the end of the storyI encourage anyone reading this to check out all our great reviews on [redacted] , [redacted] , [redacted] etc

This company's Orlando branch took over my lease from a different property managerA Long story short: they received none of the information from the original manager and are trying to charge all of the originally reported issues on me, even after being provided move in photosThey also charged me in error for a month of rent AFTER my lease was over causing me to overdraft, miss many bills and not be able to eat for an entire weekendThis company is either a giant scam or run by complete iesEither way, stay away from them
