My condo recently had significant water damage due to a broken water heater We were referred by other professionals to use National Restoration Experts (NRE) to do the job NRE is known to local insurance companies serving SoFlorida and their reputation is positive I found each staff member to be patient and very flexible in scheduling and performing work They had to work around inconsistencies of someone in the home with multiple illnesses, requiring last minute cancellations and rescheduling - they were always accommodating, even at a detriment to their own scheduling They brought samples of flooring and paint options to the home, which further matched the needs of our family The work was thorough and professional Although I hope for no further emergencies, I would not hesitate to utilize their services again in the future
National has been extremely helpful in turning a messy expensive situation into something that was manageable They were out to the house quickly and cleaned up and contained the area to keep everyone in the house healthy They were extremely helpful in managing the insurance company hurdles through it all
My wife & I recently experienced a water leak in our family room that started with a few drips and soon became a major leak that flooded several areas of our houseWe contacted National Restoration Experts and they quickly came out and covered our furniture and removed water from the floors walls and ceiling.they then meet our insurance adjuster and negotiated a very good settlementThe did a fantastic job of tearing down and replacing our damaged ceiling and wall drywall which was then primed and paintedThey also removed and replaced all water soaked carpeting in our bedroom.Them also repaired any water damaged kitchen and bathroom cabinets.Best of all they acid washed our damaged ceramic tile and re stained and sealed the groutThe house looks fantastic!! The folks at National Restoration Experts are the best!! They are very professional and always show up on time and they make sure the areas they are working on are protected and cleanI would highly recommend them to anyone needing construction or restoration services

It was a great couple of months of being able to work with the Restoration teamThey were able to put up with so much from me, being that I was getting ancy about getting the work doneThe guys who came to put in the floors had a mishap by breaking my tv in my bedroom But they were right on it to replace it They also understood about them having to ask me first before using my kosher microwaveI loved being able to have Tom always on the ball about getting in the workers in and getting the work doneI am overall happy with the results
Our dishwasher flooded our house on the day we were leaving for vacation The crew showed up within an hour of our call, began the dry out process Within a few hours we were on our way out of town National Restoration Experts monitored our home while were gone We came home to a dry home A great company to work with!
