If you are looking for your possessions to be refurbished due to smoke or water, they are fine. If you need construction done, choose anyone else. They promised a three month construction schedule from permitting, but they took nine months. I was out of my house for a full year due to lack of work. They packed out my stuff and did demo work quickly, but then would only do work for one day a week and then take two to three weeks off. They do not have any construction experience. They claim to use their own people, but they sub out every job. The quality of work is horrible. Drywall and painting are sub standard. I even caught a ten or eleven year old kid working on the drywall crew. The few carpenters they did have were even worse. They would take a whole day to do two hours of work. It was a battle to get everything done correctly and even then it was still poorly done. The only reason I had to accept the work is because they manged to get the CO so my insurance company stopped paying for housing. I was forced to live in a construction zone for two months. I even had to help their movers bring back all my stuff because the only sent a guy who appeared to be strung out to drive the van and a female cleaner who could not lift much. If I could have fired them, I would have. Now they are claiming my warranty isn't valid because of "unpaid" invoices which amount to the amount to repair my HVAC system which they damaged and said they would pay for. They are refusing to do any warranty work. I would recommend avoiding this company at all costs. This will probably be the only place you find an honest review about them.

Review: Three months have passed since we requested repairs with little results. A punch list of items needing repair was submitted May 18, 2014. No return calls have been received from the owner [redacted] regarding the lack of service. [redacted] is the manager responsible for implementing the repairs and has continued to stall and makes untrue statements regarding the status of repair. He claims that [redacted] is responsible for our window repair but has never looked at the problem, which is clearly an installation problem. He claims the that he has been calling [redacted] to come out to identify the problem with their windows for three months. When I pressed them for answers as to whom they are calling at [redacted], he is now is saying that he will have someone from his company come out to look at it. He had someone here two days ago that could have resolved the issue but did not allow him to do anything beyond his specific assignment. The latest delay that has prompted my action involves the [redacted] contractor. We have three wiring issues that remain unresolved: They first said that they could not find the original contractor, [redacted], and would have their own [redacted]ian take a look. Although one issue was taken care of by their [redacted]ian, they have not addressed the other issues and told me today that they contacted the original installer and was assured that it was done correctly. This statement was made even though their own [redacted]ian said it was not done correctly. They are waiting to get a quote for the repair but have not made a commitment to fix the problem. This latest problem has been reviewed and reported on by their own [redacted]ian three weeks ago and they are just delaying the process. I will be contacting the municipal [redacted] inspector to report the problem and to identify if this problem is a result of improper installation. No one from [redacted] has returned my calls. National Restoration is the GC, they need to resolve thisDesired Settlement: National Restoration, the owner [redacted] and his manager [redacted] need to repair the items listed on our May 18, 2014 warranty request in addition to the [redacted]al problems that we have as a result of the inferior installation made by their sub-contractor. We have three blown circuit breakers, two blown outdoor security lights, a separate 20 amp line needed for the refrigerator and a separate line for the garage, currently 15 outlets and lights plus two garage door openers and two ceiling fans are all on one 20 amp breaker. Anything they do not feel responsible for or object to, must be communicated in writing. Otherwise, we expect to have immediate results and proper communication as to the status of these repairs.
