Review: National Retail Supply called my company to confirm an order for credit card supplies and they had the company name that I had got the machine from and my business name, address and phone number. I did not realize that my credit card company did not order the supplies and is not affiliated with them. They sent one box that contained 48 rolls of paper and 3 credit card cleaner and charged me $410.00. Then they sent a second box that contained 100 rolls of paper and 7 credit card cleaner and say I owe them another $800.00. I did not order these supplies nether did the company that I got the machine though. I tried to talk to National Retail Supply about sending the supplies back to them and they said that I would have to pay $250.00 to send it back.Desired Settlement: I have not used any of the supplies they sent so I would like the $410.00 that I have already paid them refunded to me and I will send their supplies back to them at their expense.

Review: we have tried several times to contact this business to return a product that was not authorized by a purchasing employee. We finally got call backs but they told us it was past the 30 days of course it was they would not give us the return information within the 30 days or call us back in that time frame.[redacted] was very rude and loud with me. He told me not to interupt him but I had to get loud make just so he would let me try to speak then he kept interrupting. We would gladly ship the merchandise back and would have done so within the 30 days if we would have the return calls but they did not give us the information when they called in Jan.2013 we did try to call them every time they sent a bill.Finally he told us he was turning us over to the collections department.Sorry he did say he was going to reduce the bill I did say no that we can not use this paper.Desired Settlement: we would gladly send this back at our cost it is unusable to us thanks for your time.

Review: This is the 2nd time we have been successfully SCAMMED by National Retail Supply. Let me start out by explaining the first incident. They had called our business, asking us to confirm our address and location. The guy who had called had a thick accent, hard to understand. He had said something about sending thermal receipt printer tape. We had specifically told him "NO". We had told him multiple times that we did not need any sent because we order through somewhere else. To my surprise, a few weeks later we have a bunch of thermal receipt paper and a $600+ bill for something that we did NOT order. I called and told them that we did not order any of the merchandise and that I wanted to return it and not be billed for anything. "Of course" they said, 'but' there is a 20% restocking fee. We did not want to pay anything for something we did not order. Unfortunately, at this time, I did not have knowledge of this business and their scamming history. We ended up settling for paying about half of what was originally billed. - Which I am very upset about. Next event just happened today. We received a box of unordered merchandise (12 rolls 2 thermal printer tape). They had called the employee on duty, asking to confirm the address and for the employees name. The emoployee did not give authorization for any merchandise to be sent. And again, weeks later they send us $300+ worth of merchandise that they are planning on billing us for. I called, telling them of their mistake again, and the lady went on saying how the only thing she could do was return it and make us pay a 20% restocking fee. I said no, and she wouldn't budge, I asked to speak to the manager- apparently she was, and she refused to let me speak to anyone other than her. She was not helpful whatsoever and very rude. We had been asked months ago for our phone number to be removed from their system and they never actually removed it. We still have the tape sitting here from the last shipment that we had never ordered... Complete SCAM!Desired Settlement: If possible, we would like a full refund of the merchandise that we were sent months ago. We will gladly send all the merchandise back, with no cost to us. We would like all of the money back that we paid the first time around and also not to be billed or charged for the second unauthorized shipment.

Review: This company sends out supplies not ordered and then bills the business for unordered supplies by putting it to the attention of management at business. As a small business, the issue was easy to see but for other larger businesses, I'm certain many of these unordered supplies do get paid out. I called to address the issue and their customer service yelled at me and called me a "kindergartener" for my claims against their fraudulent behavior. I looked up the company online and the first things to pop up were scams and fraud following their business name. I am not sure how this company is still able to operate except for the people that are feeding into this business unknowingly.Desired Settlement: The company should no longer be allowed to operate with such unethical practices.

Review: The company states that the product was ordered and shipped to one of our Airport locations. The company could not show proof of signature for delivery. The company keeps calling harassing our company about the $409.76 for 12 rolls of register rolls.Desired Settlement: We would like to make sure someone is aware of what is going on with National Retail Supply.

Review: National Retail Supply will call your locations and ask to speak with a manager to confirm/verify the business address and asks for your name and the call ends. Weeks later a package from [redacted] will arrive with unordered product. The billing department will harass for payment, charge late fees which include 6.25% sales tax (if your business is in [redacted])and demand payment with either check, Visa or MasterCard. When asked for a phone number for the business, the number that is given, and listed on their website, is a non working number. The only way to get in contact with someone there is if they call you.Desired Settlement: I do not wish to pay for the product or late fees assessed. I feel that our location was scammed and furthermore, we never agreed to purchase the product.
