We couldn't be more impressed with our experience with National Rustic from start to finish We knew when we found your website that we were going to get an amazing table, but the interactions with all of you just made our order all the more special Every person who played a part in our order, from initial confirmation to final delivery, made us feel like we were working with friends, not a business I know how important a review can be to small business! Great great great company!

This is a follow up on my previous review: After speaking to the staff and owners about my check being deposited twice (once right after delivery and again three months later), they immediately issued and mailed a check to me for the overpayment So the issue was resolved directly and promptly I am satisfied with the resolution and my table

While our experience with National Rustic got off on the wrong foot, we did come to a good resolution with the owners, and now have several beautiful tables to show for itIt's too bad we started off poorly, but glad we were able to resolve everything satisfactorily in the endThe tables look great in our new house!

I am very pleased with the table I ordered and everyone there was pleasant to work with However, my check for the balance of my order was deposited a second time, three months after the first time I am hoping this was just a mistake, but it does seem a bit suspicious Today, I contacted my bank which is investigating But I also called the company They apologized and said they were calling their bank right away to clear up the mistake I am now awaiting credit back

We went into this with high hopes, loved the furniture and it was exactly what we were looking forWe just moved to the area and were looking to furnish a new houseWe paid extra to have our furniture expedited - and we were promised a week timeframeWe were excitedand a half weeks later, hadn't heard anything, so we reached out and were informed that we should have at least one of the tables we ordered by FridayFriday came and passed and no contact until Wednesday the next week, when we were told that parts for one of the tables were on back order and they didn't know when it would come inBut, if we were willing to pay for delivery twice (separate company) we could have our tables that were doneReluctantly I agreed and I was told the delivery company would contact me within a day or twoFast forward a week, still no contact so I reached back out, to find out that the parts were still not in, would be another week or twoDelivery company finally reached out, now paying double delivery cost for tables that should have been here weeks agoTheir furniture looks great, but definitely not worth the hassleSuper disappointed, because we wanted to buy more furniture from them to furnish our house, but after this experience looking elsewhere - suggest you do tooCustomer service and communication goes a long way - important lesson for national rustic to learn

I ordered a custom table from National Rustic and purchased it during a promotion in which if you ordered by Friday of the week (July 29) you would get a free benchI ordered on July 27, clearly within the time frame of the specified promotionI also have a written email in which the sales consultant, Scarlett, promises that I will receive a free bench if I purchase by the FridayI paid the $delivery fee and on the day the table was delivered, no bench had been sentI left messages, and admittedly both were in an irritable toneI thought I would get a faster response from the company if I mentioned advertising and I mentioned hiring a lawyer to handle the situationI then left emails (this all happened on a Sunday and a Monday)I did not hear a word from the company- no return call and no return email- until I took it upon myself to leave negative, angry reviews on the company's *** pageIt was then, and only then, I received an email from the company's owner trying to rationalize why I did not receive the free bench even though I had proof that I should have received itThe email calls me a loose cannon and states the company refuses to have any further communication with me
I work very hard and this was a luxury purchase that I had saved for almost a year forWhen I saw the promotion for the free bench, it seemed like the perfect timeI felt assured that I would receive the bench and that the extra $delivery fee would be worth it if I received the benchBetween the cold response of the owner and the advertising, I would never recommend this company to anyoneWhy would you do business with a company that does not keep their word?

I received my farm table and bench this weekend from National Rustic and couldn't be happierCare was taken to my special requests and trying to grasp my design idea without a real picture to go on It is spot on and I love it

We LOVE our new beautiful table, bench and chairs! This company is so wonderful at their craft and were always a pleasure to talk toI never had one complaintWe were always informed about our order and could not be happier with the final product

Ordered a table and bench from National Rustic and had an awesome experience. They were so easy to work with and our table is exactly what we wanted!! If you want custom crafted furniture this is the place to go!!Great quality for a great price!!
