We have had numerous problems with the motion detector portion of our alarm system The county sheriff has been out twice on alarms and now we have to pay for those calls We called our sales rep three times and he was going to have the service tech come out That didn't happen Finally I was given a number in North Dakota to call and schedule this *** to stop here They scheduled one appointment for 12/then they called to cancel that and rescheduled it for 12/ *** did not show up When I called the ND number on 12/23, I was rerouted to Monotronics, the company that monitors the alarm systems They too showed he was to come out on 12/between 9-but that did not happen When they tried to reach the ND office, they too were rerouted to their own facility, which he say should never happen We have not been able to use our alarm system for over two weeks due to this problem and no one seems wiling to help
This Business owner is Fraudulent and Dishonest he manipulated my mother a senior with bad eyesight into signing a year contract for security on my homeWhen I found out about the fraud he blamed it on my motherTold me if I don't pay they will put me in collectionsContract allows the rates to still be raised it just prevents people from cancellingComplete and total waste of time do not contact this business if you want honestyReceptionist isn't professional eitherMy advice get your security from someone else
I HAVE BEEN HOLDING OFF FROM WRITING THIS REVIEW, DUE THE FACT THAT I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR NATIONAL SECURITY ALARM, AND GARY B[redacted] TO FIX AN ON GOING ISSUE I HAVE HAD FOR THE PAST YEAR. WHEN MY SYSTEM WAS FIRST INSTALL IN THE HOME I WAS RENTING THE OWNER OF THE HOME WAS NOT THERE TO SIGN THE CONTRACT (WHICH IS A REQUIREMENT IF THEIR NAME IS ON THE CONTRACT) GARY ASSURED ME THAT THIS WAS NOT AN ISSUE. THE OWNER'S NAME IS ON THE CONTRACT AND SHE DID NOT SIGN THE CONTRACT. WHEN I MOVED, I HAD MY SERVICES MOVED AND THE OWNER OF THE LAST HOME WAS STILL ON THE CONTRACT. I WAS ASSURED BY GARY B[redacted] THAT THIS ISSUE WOULD BE RESOLVED SIX MONTHS AGO. I RECENTLY MOVED AND HAD CALLED TO MOVE MY SERVICES AND I SPOKE WITH ANGELA WHO IS THE RUDEST AND MOST UNPROFESSIONAL INDIVIDUAL I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. SHE SET UP AN APPOINTMENT TO HAVE MY SERVICES INSTALL ON 12/31/16. I WAITED ALL DAY TO HAVE MY SERVICES INSTALLED AND NO ONE SHOWED UP. WHEN I CALLED THEIR OFFICES WERE CLOSED.
