Review: My company, [redacted] is a non-profit 501(c)3 government (BIA/DOI) funded [redacted] that consists of 42 tribes. It is funded by Federal/State Grants. Since 2013 National Service Center (NSC) has continuously phoned to speak to different departments to scam the program assistants ([redacted]) into ordering supplies. Supplies are usually returned as [redacted] has been under contract with [redacted].Since there is turn over in employees, trying to curb this problem. I have been noting that (NSC) calls or sends bills on a monthly basis, NSC started sending collection letters through a company called Systematic National Collections (SNC), Inc in Oceanside, CA. We are not willing to pay a company that uses such deceitful practices. I have taken steps to putting our company on the no-call list as a preventive measure, but believe this company is working from their own records.
