I have been with this company for many years and just finished my program. They have settled over 90k in debt for me. I have only good things to say about them. If you want a good honest company then look no further. They do what they say!! Thanks so much for you help!!!! :)

National Settlement Solutions, Inc. stated payments would be made to creditors when I discussed getting them to help with debt payments in 2015. So, I agreed to allow them to service the debt payments. They debited payments from my bank account monthly since 2016 and held money in escrow. They paid off creditors one at a time. In 2018, I requested a statement of the accounts. The representative stated some accounts had been paid off, but others had accrued interest prior to charge off in 2016. The balances had increased and had not been paid.
I requested closure of the account due to the deception of their collection practices and mishandling of the account. I asked for balances on accounts and how much money was in escrow and for a refund. The representative has not responded to my request for accurate accounting of payments and has not provided a closing statement or refund. I called several times, faxed a written request and received no further contact from the company.

I received a call from *** on 04/27/2018. We discussed the case but did not resolve the issues nor did he provide a summary of the balance due from escrow account. He stated he would return call after investigating case. I was waiting for return call, but received no further information to date from National Settlement Solutions.
A statement was mailed to provide that additional detail, if it has not been received we can certainly provide another one to resolve the issue.
This company was my saving grace! I let go and they really helped get all the debt settled for a fair amount! I save a lot of money!! I would highly recommend National Settlement Solutions to anyone looking to get out of debt fast! I finished last month, I can live without worry now..Thanks again!!!!
