To Whom it may Concern,We will be in touch with Mr [redacted] as soon a time permits and address his concerns As stated to Mr [redacted] , there is and will not be any malfunction in regards to the hot water heater His complaint is in regards to a cosmetic concern We have addressed this with Mr [redacted] several times and will again do so There is no need to replace the hot water heater as it meets code and inspection In addition, there was nothing left behind to 'clean up' Regards, [redacted] ***
