Review: My membership to the National Sports Marketing Network was voided last fall, before my membership ended. In an email from the owner, [redacted], I was told that I would be reimbursed some money as I my membership ended early. [redacted] was going to credit a credit card that I used, but unfortunately, this card was closed last summer. She stated in an email that she would have her assistant send me a check. I have spent the last eight months trying to secure these funds. In fairness to [redacted], it's not a lot of money, but it's mine and I would like it back. The owner of the organization went dark after I reached out a couple of times via email over a 4 to 5 month window, which is why I contacted you.

I assume she might respond after receiving a phone call or a mailed letter.
