Hello.

I rented a unit from this company on February 13th of 2015. I didn't have any items in the unit for a few weeks after, but figuring my monthly payment fully rented out the unit whether it was empty or not left me feeling confident I didn't have to rush to move anything in...

I moved my furniture and things I have collected through the years, furniture my deceased father had made in the unit On March 9th.

I went to make my payment on the the fifteenth of March, was two days late...no one was in office. There was a note stating there was a family illness...that note was there all week. (I live up the street)

I called the office getting an answer finally on March 30th. I told the lady I had been trying to make a payment. She asked my name and unit number. I told her and she said "oh, I had you marked as gone on the 4th of March...your unit was empty! " I told her I hadn't moved anything in yet at that time. they threw my things away!!!!! Everything!!!!
