I am somewhat confused. A new roof is going to leak somewhere on the house, right?
Well, its been four days and I am still trying to get this leak resolved.
The area we are trying to get fixed is on the front of the house on a skylite curbing.
The leak is getting worse because the interior sheetrock is getting close to saturated.
This crew leader is telling me its my problem to deal with after being paid in full.
He say's only two kind of skylite leaks. they are all eventually going to start leaking.
I must have been lucky for the past eight years, because the skylites never leaked till this so called restoration company replaced the roof.
I've yet to hear back from them and has rained twice the review two days ago.
I don't recommend these people to anyone in the area and I don't like the way they do business. The roof looks good but the follow-up is nothing but talk, no action.
