I never once received these calls prior to (mistakenly) filling out one of your forms. Never. About 5 minutes after submitting the form I received the first call. From the very first call I have been asking to be removed from the list. I find it suspect that you claim it's not your company when I never received these calls prior to filling out that form, and received the first call within minutes of submission.
