Actually, the information contained in their response is inaccurate. The payment I received was NOT the payment that was indicated in the contract it was actually more. Secondly, it shouldn't take filing a Revdex.com Complaint before an email or phone call is returned. Plain and simple. I was told by my representative that email is the fastest form of communication. The number listed on their website is to call and sign up for their services not for existing customers.
They indicate in their response that I could have called and someone would have helped me resubmit the application, but what they fail to include in their response as I just found out is that they want to charge additional money per a new policy that was put into place in May, 2015 which is after I had already been a customer since 2014. I was told that they would help file and submit the applications yearly and was never told any additional fees would be charged until I finally received a return email yesterday after filing this complaint.
I believe this company is scamming students by their misrepresentations.
