I reached out to this company to handle my husband's student loans that were in default. A few mommies in the mommy group I get together with every now and then recommended this company's services given a few of them had used them to get their loans enrolled into the forgiveness programs.
I must say I was very pleased with all the different people I dealt with. No matter what department, they were all very helpful and professional, even compassionate when it came to rescheduling payments due to personal financial issues.
I would recommend this company 100 times over. My husband's loans are now out of default and in an income repayment plan at $0, their services were a blessing since I had tried to handle this on my own but we had been denied twice already.
In customer service ask for Hope she's amazing, Clarissa one of their supervisors was super helpful, and Katelyn was also very easy to work with.
