Review: I fell behind in my mortgage, National support group contacted me and stated they can help modify my mortgage loan and save my home from being foreclosed they told me my new fixed rate would be at 2% and my new payment would be $1320.00 a month, all I would have to do is pay for my closing cost of $3500.00 with payments over 4 months. Now in this time nothing was completed and Now I am 4 more months in the arrears. I called them and 10 days later they sent me a refund form in which I filled out and sent back to them via fax the same afternoon. This was August 5 2015. The email told me to wait 10 days for a response, its now August 28, 2015. No response whats so ever, no emails or return phones call to let me know what the status is. The 3 contact people are [redacted] and Direct: [redacted]. Next was [redacted] and last person who I spoke to was [redacted], Phone: [redacted]. From what I was told from New Jersey Banking and insurance commission from where I am from this was a scam. Because of people like this I am now afraid of loosing my home. What hurts the most, is one of my children have a seizure disorder. Now with medical bills I have to worry about not having a place to live. I filed a complaint with consumer affairs and the next day I received a call from a differnt Gentleman who was name was [redacted] and no last name [redacted]. He sated that the refund should take no more then 5 business days to complete. I waited 1 0 days and call him back, he stated that he has to talk to his superiors to find out the status. that was 2 weeks ago and I can not get in touch with him at all. They are stalling every time I call with a different answer

Review: I asked for a refund due to unethical practices, and was told that my refund had been granted, they would give me the tracking number for the package as soon as I signed and returned a form. The form was signed and returned. I called and spoke with the secretary of the department who verified it's receipt. When I asked to speak with the person who told me would give me the tracking number for the package, I was told he had left for the day. I called again the next business day and left several messages which have never been returned. When I finally got the secretary back on the phone, two days later, she again told me the person I needed to speak with was not in the office. I asked for the name of the CEO or CFO and was told she did not know who she worked for and did not know who either of those titles belonged to. Before writing this complaint, I again tried to call the business to see if this could be rectified, however, again I got the answer service and simply left another message this time letting them know that I would be filing a complaint since I have not heard from anyone in their company.Desired Settlement: I would like the refund that was granted, which I have in writing from National Support Group.

Review: National Support Group has failed to provide the services it offers, nor does it offer refunds of monies paid for those services. They promised to negotiate a mortgage restructure, and have done no such thing. Further, the have charged me almost $2000 to do so.Desired Settlement: Refund of fees paid for services not rendered.
