sending 'final notice' mail cards stating Lien Removal Notice with IRS as Plaintiff. The card notes date of lien, est. settlement amount, & estimated lien amount, & property address.
Review: National Tax Company PO Box 5195 Oceanside Ca. 92052 refuses to stop with the Final Notices addressed to me. I told National Tax Company to take me off their mailing list and they said "We don't have to." I told National Tax Company I don't want any services from them but continue to try to contract with me over the phone. I asked are you accredited with the Revdex.com, they said we don't believe to be accredited with any Revdex.com because their credit means nothing to us. I asked National Tax Company for a physical address they said "we don't need a physical address." I asked who was the owner of National Tax Company the person said "that's privileged information" the only thing I need to know is the phone number of ###-###-####.Desired Settlement: Take me off the National Tax Company list and don't sell my information to any other Tax helpers, I don't want it.
Review: This company has repeatedly sent fraudulent mail to my home address in an attempt to "collect a past due balance" to prevent a tax lien. The matter has long-since been in the process of being settled and I've asked that these individuals stop contacting me.
The company does not list an address or phone number on their mailings.Desired Settlement: PLEASE INVESTIGATE THIS COMPANY AND THEIR ILLEGAL COLLECTION PRACTICES

Review: Today, I received mail from National tax company in Oceanside, CA saying that I have a line against my property for owing state of Maryland tax and want me to pay them $694 to settle the claims.
This is incorrect and never received anything from state of Maryland for owing tax. Customer service who answering the phone was unprofessional and told me that they was able to get our
tax record from public record source. When I asked them how they got my information, they said that they used freedom of information act to obtain my tax information from statDesired Settlement: State or government agency should shut their business down so no one have to go through hassle like we did.
Review: This company sent mail to my home that was not requested nor desired. They are basically an unethical company preying on people with tax issues. When I called to ask if they would remove my name from their mailing list, the first man I talked to refused stating that he could not do so. He ended up hanging up on me. I called back and spoke to a woman, who tried to tell me that the only way she could remove my name from their mailing list was if I contacted the Ohio Department of Taxation to prove that my tax had been paid. That is ridiculous. This company is NOT affiliated with the IRS, but acts as if they are within their mailings and on the phone. Their customer service was horrible. They refused to remove my name from their list and were completely harassing.Desired Settlement: I would like my name removed from their mailing list.
Company has deluged me with myriad mailings all cast in very scary tones, also my last chance for relief on a tax lien by the Mass DOR. I have a tax repayment plan in effect, mutually agreed upon with the state and there is no problem which I have verified. Appears to me to be a complete scam operation.
