Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 12205301, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. From: [redacted] <[redacted]>Date: Fri, Jul 14, 2017 at 8:20 PMSubject: complaint filed against Dwyer construstionTo: [email protected] Revdex.com,My name is [redacted] and I contacted you on 06/13/17 regarding a complaint I wanted to file against Dwyer Construction for foundation work done on my home. This email is to update the status on this complaint. After speaking with the owner of the company Dave Jacob on 06/13/17 though he stated that my original warrenty was with Dwyer Concrete (a company he purchased and renamed Dwyer Construction ) he would agree to send out Wes M[redacted], a manager in the Lexington area to look at the foundation issues I am having.Mr. M[redacted] arrived promptly at my home on 06/21/17 to look at the cracks in my foundation. He took pictures and said he would let Mr. Jacob see them and get back with me. Mr. M[redacted] called me 2 days later and stated Mr. Jacob agreed there was an issue and would agree to send out a crew to drive the supports down deeper as it is customary to place them 9 feet in the ground in Lexington. Dwyer has already done this 3 times prior and my foundation still moves. Plus I was ask to sign a waiver releasing Dwyer of any further obligation on the lifetime warrenty I was promised when I purchased the work. I have had a third party come in ([redacted]) to give me an estimate on fixing the corner of my home in question. They put their supports directly under the footer of the house. The estimate is for $3600.00. Also while they were here I had them benchmark the side of the house that is in question to monitor the movement of the house. At present I do know from that benchmarking, Dwyer’s original measurements were off.I made a call to Mr. M[redacted] a couple of days later to give a  counter offer to Dwyer. I do not want Dwyer to push the support deeper. I do not feel that will solve my issue as I have stated before my home continues to move, also Dwyer Construction did the same type of support work to my neighbor [redacted]’s home and his home continues to move like mine. I ask for Dwyer to refund me $2000.00 of the original $7,000.00 so that I can use that to pay [redacted] to fix that corner of the house. In return I would sign a waiver releasing Dwyer from any further obligation. My offer was rejected by Dave Jacob, owner of Dwyer Construction.I have contacted an attorney, [redacted], and have been advised to go ahead with [redacted] to repair my home. My husband and I will be scheduling that work next week. As it is being done pictures and documentation will be done to find out the true issue of the movement. If it is determined Dwyer’s work is at fault, I will be retaining Ms. [redacted] and going forward with this matter legally.I am not sure if anything else can be done in this matter regarding the Revdex.com. I do thank you for your time and attention in this matter, and if you feel this information needs to be passed onto Dwyer Construction I have no problem with that. In my last conversation with Wes M[redacted]  I let him know that an agreement was not reached and I would be in touch. When I find out  specific details of my home’s foundation issues and if it is determined that Dwyer is at fault, again I will be pursuing this matter legally. I have enclosed the company in question business address.  Dwyer Construction 6083 Schumcher Park Drive, West Chester, OH. 45069. Phone # 513-777-0998.  Sincerely,[redacted]
