Review: On February [redacted] I received papers from the IRS stating that they needed more information so I contact [redacted] because she had prepared my taxes, so on the [redacted] of February I went in to the office located at [redacted] and took her paper work that she said was going to be sent on that day to the IRS.I then waited 90 days as it says on the paper I called IRS to check my statues on my return only to hear that they was no paper was sent in, I called her and it was bad timing because she had just came out of the hospital from having her appendix removed but she told me that she was going to send them I waited seven days the called IRS again only to hear she still have not send the papers. I had called her numerous of time only to get voicemail and I was not able to leave a voice message, I texted her but no response I even offer to meet with her so that I can pick up my papers and I can fax them but it was a no go don't know what else to do this is so unprofessionalDesired Settlement: I would like if she can finish the job that she had got paid for and start being a better business person
