Review: National Tax Services of America contacted in August of 2013 to discuss their services with their ability to work with the IRS and the TAX Liens that I currently have. I paid them $3000. I feel that they are not legitimate....they never answer the phones and I am worried that they ARE REALLY NOT QUALIFIED to represent any client faced with such a problem. [redacted]###-###-####Desired Settlement: I am looking to see if any other people have the same complaint.

Review: I hired this company to help resolve tax issues over a year ago. After working with this company over the course of the past year (and paying them in full, several thousand dollars), it turns out that I was lied to by them that they had: my tax returns completed, and then that they had "merged" with another company - “[redacted]". [redacted] later emailed saying "We recently bought the assets of "National Tax Services of America” (NTSA), but that we would have to restart with them, both process and payment wise.

The Truth is there is something strange/wrong going on here (bad business or collusion or straight-out fraud) - if they feel selling/buying the “assets”, as far as I can tell NTSA is NOT out of business, that both organizations are shielded, they are sadly mistaken. The fact is, if I do not get this resolved both parties will be answering questions from the [redacted] and [redacted] on their businesses and services - and thereafter possibly a court.Desired Settlement: I would like to get my services completed; or

Get all of the money back - that I paid National Tax Services of America for services that were not provided.

I would like to see how many other clients of National Tax Services of America have had this exact same situation happen to them.

Review: My husband and I hired this company to help resolve tax issues about a year ago. After working with this company for a year and paying them over the course of the past year, we were lied to by the [redacted] that he was "merging" with another company. "All good things" were his words. "More people working on your case, more hands on" were his words. Truth is he closed up shop, sold everything off to another company including client list, assets, email, et cetera and is nowhere to be found after many people have paid him in full with no resolution to their tax case. He never informed us this is what he was doing, and it's beyond frustrating to not be able to get in contact with the one person we've been dealing with throughout this ordeal. One year later, we are right back to square one regarding our tax case - after having paid this company for services they never provided as per our agreement.Desired Settlement: I would like to see how many other clients of National Tax Services of America have had this exact same situation happen to them - I'm betting we're not the only ones. I would like to get all of the money back that we paid National Tax Services of America for services that were not provided.
