now are not expected to occur unless something caused by the owner was doneMiss *** brought a mechanic to check the vehicle and she also test drove the car before she bought itThere weren't any issues then and we provided her the smog check certificate and there weren't any issues on the carAccording to the contract, Miss *** agreed to pay $monthly, she made her first payment of $for her month, but then she missed her payment for the second monthOn March third, Miss *** came with $payment, on April fourth she also made a $paymentWe called her multiple times to remind her of the due payments but there was never a response receivedOn February 2017, she stopped by to inform us that she lost the title, so we gave her a duplicateShe went with the DMV to transfer the vehicle to her, and we put the lien holder as National Taxi because she still owed National Taxi money on the vehicleSome time later she had a car accident in the front of the carMiss *** broke the head lights on the right side frontAnd front damage gills and signal light on the cornerShe stopped by National Taxi and asked us to help her fix it, we informed her that we did not have the parts needed to fix her damaged carWe told her to go ahead and buy the parts, new or used, and we will fix it for freeAfter that incident we looked for Miss *** and we found out that she lived in her car with her dogWe found her in Downtown Sacramento by the riverAll the issues stated by Miss *** in her letter were not there while it was in my ownership, the problems she states are caused by something done to the carShe checked the car several times before buying itShe went as far as, again mentioning, bringing a mechanic to check the vehicleAs for the headlights, the headlights were damaged by the accident she causedThis car was in perfect condition while it was in my lotsWhatever happened to it while I wasn't in charge of it is not something I knowThe car was sold as is and where it is with no warrantyThank youIf you have any questions please contact the manager. Review: I made a reservation for a ride from my workplace to the airport on Friday May 15, 2015 at 5:35pm. A driver did not show up until 5:45pm. I called the dispatcher, who let the driver call me. The driver (driver1) called me and said he would be late due to heavy traffic. Around 6pm driver1 called me and said he arrived at the airport. I told him I am going TO the airport, not coming FROM the airport. Driver1 said they would dispatch other driver. Several minutes later, a Yellow Cab driver arrived and hesitantly tried to load my carrier to his van. At that moment, driver1 called me. I asked him if he sent a Yellow Cab driver to me. He said no and asked me not to ride the Yellow Cab van. I just let the Yellow Cab driver go. Several minutes later other driver (driver2) called me and said he has difficulty locating me. I explained to him where I am. A few minutes later, I found Yellow Cab taxi passing by. I called driver 2 and asked him if he sent me a Yellow Cab taxi. Driver2 said no and asked me not to ride Yellow Cab taxi. For about 25 minutes in a couple of calls, I talked with driver2 to explain where I am. Finally I realized driver2 went to a wrong address in other city. Driver2 asked me to call Yellow Cab. I called Yellow Cab and arrive at the airport 2 minutes before the departure time. Of course I missed the airplane. I had to buy another ticket ($228) from other airline, which had the last flight to my destination. Throughout this fuss for about one hour, I called the dispatcher so many times but he rarely answered my call. Coming back home, for the next couple of days, I have called the dispatcher and the driver1 to discuss about how they can compensate for my cost. Both of them are avoiding my call. The dispatcher got very rude and hung up the phone while I was talking. The driver simply does not answer the phone anymore.Desired Settlement: I request monetary compensation for the airfare ($228).
