application.  Over the course of the next several days, NTN received additional emails from [redacted] demanding the removal of certain public records from that report.  [redacted] was informed that the dispute process can take some time while we investigate the records reported.  [redacted] law provides CRA’s 30 days from the receipt of a dispute to complete such investigation.  The review of [redacted] file was completed on 5/17/17 and the results were mailed to her on 5/18/17  (see attached copy of NTN’s response; consumer file has been redacted). NTN is unable to provide the Revdex.com with the specific contents of [redacted] consumer file.  However, NTN did not, at any time, report “judgments for eviction” against [redacted].  NTN does not report evictions (removal from a property) as this is not a legal disposition.  NTN reports Landlord-Tenant court records (commonly called “eviction filings” in [redacted], which contain a variety of information and final dispositions, including but not limited to the initial filing amount, monetary or possessory judgments, settled statuses, and dismissals.  NTN did not report a judgment associated with any landlord-tenant court record on file for [redacted] and NTN’s report neither stated nor implied that such judgment existed.  The base of [redacted] complaint appears to be a misunderstanding of the information provided on NTN’s reports and a misunderstanding of landlord-tenant filings.  NTN reports are a combination of landlord-tenant and credit information, with assessments that are based on the preferences of the rental agencies to whom we supply them. We appreciate that [redacted] is disappointed that she did not qualify for the apartment that she wanted.  However, NTN is unable to remove court dockets that have not been expunged.  NTN is committed to providing reports that ensure maximum possible accuracy.  NTN’s reinvestigation affirmed the accuracy of any public record information reported for [redacted] and may have made additional updates to the most current disposition terminology to ensure proper interpretation of their status.
