Tuesday May 17th,
Thank you for taking the time to communicate your concerns with respect to the services provided on Saturday May 7th, for Law Enforcement testing at the National Testing Network (NTN) San Francisco testing facility
The
integration of example questions before the beginning of a new exam section are a standardized testing practice, especially when the format of the exam changesExample questions are recognized as a helpful tool in test delivery and are used in all NTN products
The minute time allotment for the Reading portion of the exam is validated by subject matter experts in policing, who confirm the time provided is adequate to review all instructions, examples and answer choices within that section
Regarding your request to have a refund of testing fees, NTN's Terms and Conditions, which you agreed to before payment of your exam, explains NTN's refund policyThis states that exam fees are not refundable for any reason. Therefore, we cannot offer a refund of your exam
Should you elect to test with NTN again, we recommend a review of NTN's online practice test to help prepare for the exam, specifically the test formatYou can find more information here: www.frontlinetest.com
Thank you,
