February 18, 2015Revdex.comRef ID #: [redacted] Dear Mr [redacted] :I am writing in response to the above reference ID case – [redacted] .It is fact that the consumer entered into a contract for a sunroom as well as a contract for both a vinyl fence and an ornamental fence The total cost of the entire project was $32, During the course of construction the homeowner contracted with 3rd parties to perform certain aspects of required work, and while there were certainly delays on our part the consumer was in fact issued an agreed upon credit totaling $2,on their purchase in November of bringing the revised contract in total to $29,200.00.On February 3rd of this month the customer remitted final payment reflective of the credits that were issued on their account.Long Fence Company takes pride in providing all of our customers with quality service and products If the homeowner has service related issues the project is guaranteed for one full year against such defects and they merely need to contact our customer service department should any issues arise.Given that the final payment was received by the homeowner, we consider this matter closed
