I am rejecting this response because:
Your company only received a final due harassment from your billing and legal department & treated to file a report to the credit bureau & my credit supersedes your credibility and/or workmanshipI have lifetime warranties on horrible workmanship by your companyThe iron ornament fence was installed incorrectly, and in order to enter through the gate I nor anyone else shouldn't have to step down steps in order to enter through the gateThe rear vinyl fence is flemsy and the locks are cheap & installed incorrectlyThe windows in the sunroom are cheap materials & already had to be replaced due to the poor qualitySo therefore with this amongst a slew of complaints is why the final discount is unacceptable & I left several messages for return calls to no availI am in no manner letting this case be closed whether through Revdex.com or the court system, way or the other this will be addressed by the appropriate authority & your organization will be held responsible for a bad business deal & I will receive a fair deal under a judges terms if necessary

In reviewing the customers fileA credit was posted to the account on September 19th for $The original contract value $was reduced by direct payment of $leaving an original balance $4,This part of the contract was financed and after applying the $payment was remitted by
the financing company on the September 23.In the amount of $which represented the revised balance
We are not clear as to why the customer feels a payment was remitted in the full amount of $4,as the funding request with $credit was $3,
With respect to the experience with are Sales Associate and manager we apologize for any issues they may have caused and we will send *** *** a $gift card due to his dissatisfaction with their service

We have met with the customer, and we are looking to resolve any outstanding issues this week weather permitting

The contract has already been canceled. The issue is the permit costs. We will cancel the permit for the 8' high fence.

They are still not accepting that I want to cancel the contract and have my [redacted] Account fully reinstated.  Mr. R[redacted] stated on 04-21-15 that he would return my money if I dropped the complaint to Revdex.com and MD Home Improvement Commission,   I told him I would not do that and he said then he could do nothing else.  Can he state that?

 The total cost of the entire project was $32,000.00.  During the course of construction the homeowner contracted with 3rd parties to perform certain aspects of required work, and while there were certainly delays on our part the consumer was in fact issued an agreed upon credit totaling $2,800.00 on their purchase in November of 2014 bringing the revised contract in total to $29,200.00.On February 3rd of this month the customer remitted final payment reflective of the credits that were issued on their account.Long Fence Company takes pride in providing all of our customers with quality service and products.  If the homeowner has service related issues the project is guaranteed for one full year against such defects and they merely need to contact our customer service department should any issues arise.Given that the final payment was received by the homeowner, we consider this matter closed.

We dispute this complaint. We worked with the customer to secure financing for the project. In addition once we were to start we had several obstacles in the way of the fence. Piles of yard debris, trampolines etc. That we moved at our expense to help facilitate the install.

I spoke to the customer last week. I told her my superintendent was on vacation and we would schedule a visit to look at the doors in the next two weeks. In addition the quote provided to us from Home depot shows the work being done at her Office Address, not Her home Address. She said this was an error and would be corrected.

We have not received any cash. Our installers was not given cash. I am surprised that a person paying cash would not request documentation of the transaction when handing drone a large sum of money. The balance is due and owing.

I have reached out to [redacted], and have had no response to a request to discuss the project. she emailed me to ask what was the best number to reach me and has never called. I left her a message as well. We spoke the day the gas line was hit. Unfortunately these types of things are common when digging. We apologized for the inconvenience. The balance is due, and if I do not hear from her by this week we will have no choice but to litigate the matter.

2016, I was advised by your office that they had forwarded a copy of a complaint that I filed in regards to the installation of a fence by Long Fence Company Inc. The email stated that a copy of the complaint had been forwarded to Long Fence for review and comment. Approximately thirty minutes later I was contacted by a Mr. Jeff F[redacted] from Long Fence who stated he was not aware of the situation and wanted to correct the matter to my satisfaction. On August 8, 2016 a crew from Long Fence arrived at my residence and reinstalled the fence and corrected the issue at hand.I am pleased to advise you that the situation has been resolved and I consider the matter closed.Thank you for your assistance in this matter. Sincerely,[redacted]

We installed the fence on Saturday 4/4. We have given the customer a $500 credit for the delay in installation.
