we will say this again, every part we charged them for it warrantied we did not do a wheel bearing so we will not pay for them, we told her not to drive the car back to us over three hours yet like she said she drove the car for three more days simply because she didnt want to pay for someone to fix it. If a car feels unsafe you bring it to a shop, you don't drive it for three days !! she did not try to pay the full amount ! she paid us while the car sat in outside storage so long it created a ton of other problems. the tires had steel showing and would not make it to cape cop, we stand behind all work and gave her a verbal est. what she wrote down is her communication error , when the car was completed it drove great, after months outside things can change, we saved all old parts and tires, we also put all part numbers on her receipt !!!!!! she has a copy of the receipt .. there is no wheel bearing on the bill. ......

I am rejecting this response because:
Per the written estimate provided by the employees at tires plus ( I still have this paper as proof [redacted] is incorrect again when he states it's my error of written communication when him or one of his employees wrote the info down on their letter head and provided it to me) the left front wheel bearing was the second part they listed and said was blown apart so if the whole front end was worked on why was the wheel bearing not fixed???? How  is tires a major safety issue and not a wheel bearing that holds the tires onto the car???Why was I not informed when that was one of the parts I agreed to have fixed??? Why would any mechanic in there right mind put new brake pads and rotors, axels, and new tires on a broke wheel bearing when the wheel bearing holds thoes parts onto the car???? I stated I didn't want the tires put on my car because all the other parts are needed before tires. Him knowing this info and misleading me which is why I kept driving because him and his employees informed me to. Each time I called they said it was my brakes got wet and sat I needed to keep driving to get the rust off. Now he says the part numbers on the receipt but when I asked [redacted] he told me he didn't know. All of the info provided by Tires Plus was misleading, makes no sense, and false.

this customer authorized approx 2500.00 in work after they broke down and car was towed in, we called them with a verbal est. they approved the work then had a problem getting the rest of the money to pick up the car, we repaired the car and it sat in storage for almost 5 month while they slowly paid the bill. The storage fee posted by ct state law is 30.00 a day, we never got paid, when they finally came for the car it sat so long the computer got wet and we spent 6 hours rewiring the computer and we never got paid ..anyway she took the car and called us from mass and said the car was making a noise, we told her to take it to a shop in mass, she argued and said they didn't have any money. We told her if its a part we charged her for and it was defective we would pay the bill, if not its not our responsibility . She finally brought it to a shop says later, we called the shop he said a wheel bearing failed, we did not charge her for a wheel bearing !! therefor we cannot pay her bill its simple, even if we could she owes us 5 month storage and we will be taking her to court thanks for the concern
