Could not have been more dissapointed with our experience with this companyMost important complaint I can make is they almost burnt our home downLiterallyAfter cleaning the chimney they dumped the ashes,etcin a plastic wheel barrell outside the front of our homeAn hour later we came home to a completely melted wheel barrell and smoke residue on the outside of the front of our home after our neighbor had put out the foot flames!
From the beginning, my husband had to help, no actually show the workers how to properly clean out our chimney because the first attempt was terribleNo appology from them just blamed it on the sweeperWorker used the restroom and left black soot marks on my handtowel house was almost burnt downlater in the afternoon we were taking out the fire insert to replace it and found they had left a plastic dusting broom in the fire place behind the insert
After all the above we recieved no apology just excusesSo very disappionted
