Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
National Trade Supply willingly participates in a auction style sales venueItems sometimes sell for more than market value and sometimes lessBy using a on-line auction site to supplement their sales they should accept this possibilityIf they miss price an item in their brick and mortar store (or on-line) or an item does not reach a minimum price after they have accepted to the rules governing the bidding process then they should accept the resultsWhether they receive a excessive profit or a loss , this is the risk of participating for them (the seller) and me (as a buyer)National Trade Supply has been able to remove the many negative feedbacks from this issue on-line and as a consumer this is my last resort to document this for the general public And forewarn others that though they may feel that they have completed a on-line auction style transaction with National Supply, it may be voided because they are not profiting on it.

On January 12th of this...

year, we experienced a problem with our eBay product feed, which publishes out all of the product listings to our Ebay store. We have a third party that manages our feed, and a software update that they applied to their system on the 12th inadvertently adjusted all of our sell eBay sell prices to $9.95. This $9.95 sell price applied across-the-board, even to products that normally sell for thousands of dollars.
We discovered this issue on the morning of January 13th. It affected almost 500 orders, Including the order from Mr. [redacted]. The product that Mr. [redacted] attempted to purchase normally sells for around $35.00.
Unfortunately, we were forced to cancel and refund all of the orders in this batch. We Immediately cancelled, and then refunded the orders—completing the refunds on the 14th. Mr. [redacted]'s refund was done on this date—transaction number 6ET41140PR331873A.
We also sent out a message to all affected orders, explaining the problem and offering a substantial discount against our regular price.
Here Is the text from the message that was broadcast to all 500 customers:
"Last Sunday, the 3rd party software provider that we use to manage our eBay listings made a change which caused issues with most of the items we had listed for sale on eBay. More specifically, the change affected our pricing calculations which resulted in our listings being advertised on eBay at an inaccurate and unapproved price. This error resulted In over 500 inaccurately priced orders, which included over 1000 individual items, including yours. We're terribly sorry that this happened and that communication hasn't been as prompt as we would like. The number of effected items and open issues is unlike anything we've had to deal with In the post. As a result, we are contacting you and oil other affected buyers to cancel the order and offer a 20% discount on items in our eBay store.
Our software provider Is working directly with us and eBay to resolve this expeditiously. This Is not something that we did on purpose or even had any control over. Please accept this 20% discount along with our sincere apology for any inconvenience. To use the discount, please follow this link: fittp://[redacted]/" . At this point, we feel we've done everything we can do. We can't knowingly sell 500 orders at a loss, nor do we feel this should be a reasonable expectation on the part of Mr. [redacted]. The pricing error was not within our control, but our multiple explanations of this fact seem to fall on deaf ears.
My notes indicate that Mr. [redacted] continued to put pressure on us by sending us additional payments (which we did not accept) even after we refunded his money. Though we understand that he would like to take advantage of our misfortune, we consider this issue to be closed,
If we can answer any additional questions about this-please let me know.  My contacts are below.
