I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. 
I will try to address your defensive responses.At the time of signing the original contract with [redacted], I asked him to put the anti mildew liquid in all paint- he assured me they could do that.  I told him I could pay for it.  This is a practice, I always do for any outside painting.  Not in writing, just a request that he seemed eager to comply.After 8 month of no response from you about the Concrete cleaner used on the vinyl- I threw the empty gallon container away.  This product etched the vinyl siding, and caused everything from grass, dirt and any debris to attach itself to the siding.  We could not stand this.  We just ripped off this vinyl and it is in a dumpster in our driveway for a few more days. We are having new siding put on the house. $$$$$ to undo the damage done by an UNTRAINED, but good intentioned student. The product used on our decking was Deckscapes- an opaque paint on stain.  They 'painted' it on.  Just as a tissue is known as a Kleenex, I used the term paint as a generic term.  We even bought another gallon (on invoice) to have for any touch up to make sure it matched.Naturally, when presented the evaluation form the day the painting was finished, we thought all was well.  Like I stated, I endorse youth working, and these kids worked their hearts out.  I was distressed to hear their low pay rate, I surely expected them to get 10-12 an hour from such a large organization dedicated to youth development.The gentleman who came out after the first letter- I believe he said he was from [redacted], and since school was about ready to start back, it would be 'next spring' when the painters could come and correct the peeling and sand off the mildew and re do.  He did not offer me a business card.  Again, this trusting senior citizen assumed they would do as they promised.  This gentleman was young- maybe as young as 25.In the process of moving all our possessions from our other home, we are still unpacking an reorganizing records.  I provided the checks.Respectfully submitted,

[redacted] left our company back in May of this year. He is impersonating Student Painters and using our name and contracts without our permission fraudulently. The job was not completed by anyone actively employed by our company. We have been in direct contact with the homeowner and are working to...

the stainStudent Painters provides all our customers with written contracts for every job. That being said, there is nothing on our contract with the customer stating that additional mildewcide would be added. The product that was used and stated on the contract is [redacted] Deckscapes Exterior Waterborne
Solid Color Stain. As stated in the attached product data sheet provided by [redacted] "This coating contains agents that inhibit
the growth of mildew on the surface of
this coating."I have written several letters Describing in detail the problems we had. I have called the toll free number and no response. I am very sorry that you have had a hard time getting a response from us. I will be looking in to why this was the case and take corrective actions on our end to make sure our communication is continually improved upon.One month or so after the job was done, a representative came by and assured me they would come back and redo the deck areas.Do you happen to know whom the representative was that came by was? I am currently the Division Controller and I have been overseeing the upstate of South Carolina since August of 2013 and I know it wasn't me. We did have another Regional Manager in the Upstate area Last year but he unfortunately passed away. All I can figure is that it was him whom had been out there to look at it. I believe in the concept of Student Painters, but the lack of training for the students is alarming. I'm sorry you feel this way. Our students go through four separate intense training's.They used concrete cleaner( I kept the container) to pressure wash the house. This etched the vinyl siding and made the surface rough.Can you please provide me with some more information on the product that you believe we used to powerwash, like the brand and product name, so I can better respond to this part.They slung their paintbrushes and got stain on our vinyl siding.Sorry, I would be more than happy to send someone out there to try to get these spots off.Just want the job done correctly with correct chemicals and paint.I just want to clarify that we used a stain as contracted but you mentioned it as being a paint twice as bolded.At the completion of every job we ask every customer to fill out a customer report card rating our service and quality. The report card for this job was filled out by [redacted] and she rated us as being courteous, reliable, neat, and hardworking. She gave us an excellent overall rating, our highest option. She also stated that she would use us again and recommend us to others. In our comment section she also added "Hard working, neat kids, personable & cooperative, willing to do extra”. I have attached a copy of this customer report card.
