I wish I would have read these reviews before my interaction with NTA. They too had my name and number and said they worked directly through the conference center to book rooms for events and went on to say that we were one of six exhibitors that had not booked rooms and rooms were already selling out for an event that doesn't take place until June, 2018 (7 months out). Why didn't I just hang up the phone! Kate was pushy with the forms (which should have been my first clue). I was also unaware that the charge was in full and that they were already charging the card without receiving any confirmation of reservations. It does not take this long to receive confirmations. If I do not receive legitimate confirmations I will be filing a fraud/dispute with our credit card company. They have also berated me and threatened that I will not see a dime in return. Do not use NTA for any reservations of any kind. If there are nice employees working there I certainly did not encounter one.

Andy was helpful in working out an unfortunate turn of events with the booking of our tickets. Thank you very much, and we look forward to taking our trip next Easter.

This will be my 3rd time personally using NTA. I have also had family and friends use NTA. Great service. Thanks!

I was a little skeptical in the beginning but it changed following the professional and prompt responses from Diane. They should improve their credit card verification procedures, but at the end I got my hotel rooms at significant savings.

I received calls immediately after I responded to an email but it was James who made sure that I was able to get the best quote possible. I would try and book with him again in the future.

I phoned 3 different agencies dealing with reduced-rate 5 star hotels.
Alex said he'd research my request and be in touch within an hour.
Service was professional and polite.

From start to finish NTA was great. They responded to my initial request on the weekend, after normal business hours. They quickly found the best price for business class seats on two separate days for 6 family members.

I saved over 50% and still enjoy the luxury of first class international flights. No hassle, fast and efficient booking. Thanks Nate

Do not use National Travel Associates to book your travel! They will gouge you at every turn. We made reservations for a hotel 5 months in advance, and they charged the full amount plus a $350 fee. When we realized the charges had already been made, we called the hotel and found out we could make reservations ourselves and no payment was required in advance. They had a 24 hour cancellation policy. We did not want to float this much money for 5 months, so we called to cancel with National Travel Associates.
The contract stated you could cancel with no fee prior to 25 days. But, no, there is further fine print that states that you pay a 25% penalty to cancel. You also do not get your money back!!! You only get a credit with them, and if you don't use the credit in 180 days, they keep all your money!!!! Do not use this service.

DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME WITH NATIONAL TRAVEL ASSOCIATES LLC. I booked 3 rooms for [redacted] Las Vegas trade show and I had the worst experience of my life.
NTA called my office (I don't know where they got my contact) and told me that I should reserve the rooms for [redacted] show through NTA because I get exactly the same quality of service that hotel reservation provides except that it will be less expensive through NTA.
I told them 1- through hotel reservation I can cancel at any time until a few days before the check-in date without any penalty, 2- through [redacted] reservation I can ask for strip view and higher floors, 3- [redacted] gives you guaranteed double queen room. The sales rep said they can do all for me, just sign the contract and pay.
Two months before the show when the hotel was sold out I realized that they have booked king rooms, not high floors and not strip view, and that I can't cancel with NTA at all or there is 25% cancellation fee.

Call pretending to be the housing bureau/provider for medical meetings. They are not associated with them at all.
They call pretending to be the housing bureau for different medical conventions. Some female from their (I think she said her name was May) called yesterday to speak to me about my housing needs for the ACAAI (American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology) that is coming up this fall. This group IS NOT the official housing bureau for the ACAAI and I doubt they are the housing bureau for any organization. They call companies that were exhibitors at the previous annual meeting and start out with something "I need to speak to you about your housing needs for the annual ACAAI (or other meeting) this fall. I know they are not affiliated with the ACAAI since we are not exhibiting at the meeting this year. Same routine for the AAPA, AANP, AAAAAI.

They have called me many times over the years and I always tell them to remove me from their list. Yet they call again. Several times they have been verbally abusive and have called me names which I could care less about. This is usually right after I tell them I know who they are , where they are from and that they are not associated with whatever organization they are calling about. Bottom dwellers....
