National Tree Company has advised the customer that [redacted] will refund the original amount.National Tree Company has left a message for the customer on her cell phone advising her of the status [redacted] *is currently away for vacation and will resolve the matter during the first week of January.Respectfully,National Tree Company

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:National Tree left me an voicemail on 12-29-saying the Nursery agreed to refund me moneyI called the Nursery they were closed until January 12th On January 12th I got the owners of the Nursery daughter [redacted] who was upset by this informationSo [redacted] from the Nursery said she would call them and she did [redacted] called me back said no one at their company agreed to anything and they told National Tree that in a previous conversation [redacted] called National Tree on my behalf she was told the person handling it was out of the country for the week on businessI thanked [redacted] for trying and said I would take over and leave them out of itThey are happy to help me if I need it in the future.At this point it’s the 23rd of January and I call to give the man that is handling this time to return for his business tripI hate calling they are always so rude but they know who I am and put me on hold for minutesI get a guy name ***, (no sure of spelling) he said he left the voicemail ok I asked why since they didn’t agree? He just ignored the question and said he would be handling it himself and they would be cutting me a check for a full refund and verified my address and phone [redacted] went on to say it would be here [redacted] byWednesday which was the 28thThe check is in the mail did not set well with me so I called Revdex.com and they said if the check was not here by Wednesday that I should contact Revdex.com and reopenThe check didn’t come and its January 30, So I am asking for any help you can give Regards, Michele Endreszl

In regards to complaint #*** There has been no attempt to contact me by National Tree Company nor have I got my money backNational tree did not contact the *** *** either(if they did no one knows who they talked too)I am asking for your help againNational tree was extremely rude over the phone and I prefer not to deal with them directlyI do have a lawyer service I can consult with does the Revdex.com think that this would be a better option for me? I am rejecting this response because:National Tree left me an voicemail on 12-29-14 saying the Nursery agreed to refund me money. I called the Nursery they were closed until January 12th 2015. On January 12th I got the owners of the Nursery  daughter [redacted] who was upset by this information. So [redacted] from the Nursery said she would call them and she did. [redacted] called me back said no one at their company  agreed to anything and they told National Tree that in a previous conversation. [redacted] called National Tree on my behalf she was told the person handling it was out of the country for the week on business. I thanked [redacted] for trying and said I would take over and leave them out of it.
