I bought a truck from Penseke ,and they give warranties through national truck protection. This company is totally fraud. Now they are not covering anything under that warranty. I paid the. 13000 dollars on the top of my truck payment. National truck protection company is SCAM. PLEASE don't trust them. When I request them to cancel these warranty and ask for refund and they denied and said no refund. They are theft. Laiyer, Fraud
I've heard mixed opinions on ntp but as far as my experience with them, I have owned 2 truck and had there warranty on both. First truck was a 2016 t680 that had major engine problems. Total bill was $23,000 and they paid 20 and I paid 3. 2nd truck had rear diff go out and total bill was $22,000 and I paid $3,800 of bill. Both warranties have paid more for repairs than the cost of the warranties. I am completely satisfied with their service and next truck I purchase will have a ntp warranty.
Purchased warranty 3 months later truck needs transmission repair take it the shop they tell me to truck sits six months while they argue with their authorized repair shop for me to have to pay the bill to get them to fix the truck. Don’t waste your money this place is a scam
Not good. I purchased my truck 3 weeks ago. Paid out of pocket for the coverage. On 3rd trip with my truck I fell and broke my foot. I checked into canceling my coverage because I’m looking at 3 to 4 months of not being able to work. I have had car warranties that I’ve canceled in the past and got a refund. When I spoke with the nice lady at NTP and told her why I needed to cancel my policy. She pretty much told me that they could cancel the policy but I would not receive any refund. Just thought I would write this review maybe it will help someone decide if this extended warranty is something they are willing to do. Because ur not going to get refund even if u sell ur truck before the warranty coverage is over.
