Review: My son paid $60 a required admission fee/application fee, with understanding that he can take an online course, he could not sign up for the classes online so when he called the "Student Concierge Service" the only contact with a 'live' person he was told that he can not sign for classes online (even though this is a virtual high school) and he need to contact admission and register for his class over the phone. The only problem is that we can not get anyone on the phone for over a week. We have left messages as instructed by the recording which assures that we would hear from someone within 72 hours alas the 72 hours hasn't arrived for the past 10 days.We contacted the "Student Concierge Service" whose purpose is to take messages and have someone call us numerous times and still have not heard from anyone.Today after 10 days I called the "Student Concierge Service" and wanted a refund of $60 which I paid as admission fee, and was told that they can only take a message in that regards.Evidently I am not the only one whose been charged $60 and left in the limbo. Please look into this business and if at all possible advise me as what other steps I can take.Thank you.[redacted]Desired Settlement: I need to be contacted by this business and assured by them in regards to my refund.I hope that Revdex.com can warn other people in regards to this business.
