Review: I am a family physician and would like to file a complaint against this company. They have been faxing our office repeatedly to get us to sign for medical supplies, that will them be mailed to a patient. These requests have been coming in for a patient who is deceased. These companies have always tried to get us to sign for supplies, with the statement on the paperwork, that the patient has expressed an interest in the supplies and has asked them to contact our office. When we call to verify with the patients, we determine that this is not the case at all. After receiving the faxes for a deceased patient, we have verified that these companies are in deed trying to take advantage of the elderly patients, who will then be responsible for paying for the supplies that will be mailed to them. It is completely unprofessional to request supplies for a deceased patient, who is obviously not requesting these supplies at all!Desired Settlement: That they never fax supply requests to our office again.
